Redbrew is our first completly unique brew. It is composed from a special selection of choice grains, hand picked and developed by Nick. This beer is a Reddish brown ale, that is slightly dark in color but is still clear. It is made from hand selected grains, and hopped using 1oz of Northern Hops during the boil and finished off with 1oz of Fuggle hops. These specialy chosen ingredients make it a smoth, rich, full flavored beer, that is not bitter nor overly hoppy. This is an EP Brew Co. Employee favorite. If you like nut brown ales, but don't like the bitterness of some then this is your beer. Estimated Alcohol Content is ~ 5.2%
